Our approach to cross-culture management includes change management and personnel development.
Change management sets in with the corporate culture. We attend to the fusion of different cultures and mentalities by providing immediate support on location. We systematically analyse the current situation and compare it with international standards. We help to define your goals (i.e. intra-corporate cultural fusion, cross-national and –cultural issues) and support you on your way. Your specific problems are the basis of our interventions. Together with you we work on return-on investment and return-on-value.
Personnel development (human resources) is aimed at the individual and the team. By doing systematic potential analyses for both we find the basis for optimal development possibilities. Every single measure thus becomes part of an overall concept.
