Sponsoring

Sports can give young people orientation in a world that is becoming more and more complex. Sports can be a platform, where key competencies are acquired early on in life through athletic competion. Physical exercise forms people, and we want to encourage this through our sponsoring activities.

Sponsoring talents of a very different nature is our second approach. We support cultural and social initiatives in the vicinity of our company that receive no support by the state.

The Institute of Science of Sport at the University of Göttingen (Germany) annually honors two outstanding graduation papers. To support the young scientists, m3team AG rewards the best sports examination paper in the category ‘Science of Management / Humane Discipline’.

m3team AG is one of the founders of the ‘Bürgerstiftung Bovenden’, a citizens’ foundation that supports and sponsors social and public concerns and cultural involvement within the community. These are projects which are not or cannot be supported by the community government, concerning people who nontheless serve the community through their initiatives and incentives.

The ‘BovendenMobil’ is another locally based project: a mini-bus used by social and care institutions, also serving as a means of transportation for youth sport-events. m3team AG took a share in the costs of acquiring and maintaining the vehicle.

the m3 highpotentialsCup brings young golfers from different clubs together in competition. The event takes place annually in late spring at the GC Hardenberg Golf Course, in the neighborhood of our offices.

We also sponsor GC Hardenberg’s excellent youth work.
