What is human resource assessment?

Our approach demands a very intense and meticulous clarification of the assignment you give us. This way we can design our evaluations to give you the best results. Where your organisation is at this point and where you intend to go is of great importance. With your compliance the assessments are individually designed to meet your requirement specifications in regard to corporate culture and staff performance.

Procedures
As soon as you have decided on an assessment, we prepare a kick-off-meeting. Here we explain the procedure to the concerned parties; answer questions and eliminate incertitude. Via internet the candidates can then go on to their self-assessment; a catalogue of questions which is processed online. The evaluation is part of the personal assessment which an m3team counsellor prepares and then individually discusses with the candidate in confidence. Which results will reach the employer and by which means is settled beforehand with the management, the candidates and, where necessary, with the union.
